Palácio Tangará hosts a signature restaurant, chef’s table, private dining room, a bar, a wine cellar, a lobby and lounge bar.

CHEF JEAN-GEORGES VONGERICHTEN

Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who has led a stellar career in Michelin starred kitchens, owns and operates over 30 restaurants worldwide in cities such as New York and Paris, Shanghai and Tokyo. The partnership with Oetker Collection at Palácio Tangará is his first venture in South America.
Jean-Georges is taking care of all the food and beverage for the hotel including the room service and banquet facilities. The appointment of Jean-Georges follows a successful partnership between Oetker Collection and Jean-Georges at Eden Rock - St Barths.
